Founder's Office Intern — Growth
Work directly with the founders to shape and execute Leapath's GTM strategy from the ground up.
We're not looking for the most polished resume in the room. We're looking for someone who is curious, hungry, and ready to do real work that matters. If that's you — you already belong here.
A note from the founder
I started Leapath because I watched too many talented students get overlooked — not because they lacked ability, but because no one could measure it. We are building the data layer that fixes this, and we need people who care about that problem as much as we do. If you want to own real work, ship fast, and see your decisions directly help students land better careers — this is where you belong.
How we work
We don't hang buzzwords on a wall. These are the behaviors that actually shape how decisions get made here.
We do not wait for perfect. We get something real in front of users, learn from it, and improve. If you have not shipped anything in two weeks, that is a conversation worth having.
Decisions, proposals, and feedback happen in writing first. Meetings are for alignment, not first-draft thinking. Clear writing is a skill we hire for and a habit we protect.
You do not just complete a ticket. You own the result. If something is not working, you flag it and propose a fix — regardless of whose job it technically is.
We have strong opinions. We debate hard. But once a decision is made, everyone executes on it fully. Passive resistance is the one thing we do not tolerate.
Why this work matters
Leapath is the infrastructure that decides which students get seen by which companies across India. The work you do here touches real futures. That is not a marketing line. That is the job description.
The companies that recruit from the colleges we serve — Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Deloitte — they will see the data layer you built. Product leads at those companies will notice. Leapath on your profile is a signal that you built something real, not maintained something old.
At a big company you own one API endpoint for two years. Here, in 12 months you will have owned a product surface, made architectural decisions, shipped features to real users, and probably mentored someone. The reps you get here are not available in any large org.
The readiness score you engineered helped a first-generation college student from Nagpur get shortlisted by a company that never recruited from her college before. You will hear that story. That is the kind of work that does not show up in a performance review — it shows up in who you become.
"At most companies, your best work is invisible.
Here, the results walk into placement season."
— What we believe work should feel like
The process
No black holes. No week-long silences. Every step is predictable, respectful, and fast.
We read every application carefully. You will hear back from us within 5 days — always, even if the answer is no.
A relaxed conversation with the hiring manager. We want to understand how you think, not quiz you on trivia.
A focused take-home assignment relevant to the actual role. This is how we understand how you think and approach real problems.
Meet 2–3 people from the team. Half technical depth, half culture fit. Bring your questions — we genuinely expect them.
If it is a yes, you will have a written offer within 48 hours. We do not ghost. We do not take three weeks. We respect your time.
Work directly with the founders to shape and execute Leapath's GTM strategy from the ground up.
Shape a nationally significant Career Guidance & Psychometric Assessment Platform being built for the GCC region.
